You’ll find a modern aesthetic in each location and plenty of unique characteristics. You can expect everything that a breakfast restaurant could have, including pancakes, eggs, breakfast burritos, cinnamon rolls, and much more. They also have a special Hole Mole section, serving up chilaquiles, burritos, and tostadas.

The restaurant serves a unique blend of breakfast, brunch, and lunch with several breakfast delights such as chicken and biscuits, “50 shades of gravy”, and grits. If you come a bit later for lunch, you can enjoy sandwiches, burgers, and their famous pot pie.

The vibe of this place is very bright and new, as the place incorporates indoor and outdoor seating. You’ll find a wide range of breakfast foods here, including breakfast sandwiches, oats, quiches, and freshly baked goods. The café is also known for their coffee, but I'd recommend checking out the best coffee shops in Tulsa first.

Neighborhood JAM is an Oklahoma City-based chain with one location just south of downtown Tulsa. Try the usual eggs, pancakes, and avocado toast, or try their specialty bennies and sammies. As this place opened in 2022, its interior has a sleek and modern look, making it a perfect place to hang out.
