The Brut Hotel is new in the Tulsa area, opening in 2022. The building used to be an apartment building before getting a complete transformation to turn it into what it is today. The hotel is another unique boutique hotel near downtown, promising a fantastic stay. You also have Gathering Place just a mile south, making one of Tulsa best spots within walking distance. The hotel features an outdoor pool and fitness center, as well as multiple dining options. A rooftop restaurant named Soma gives views of downtown while being open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One of the best coffee shops in Tulsa, Doubleshot Coffee, is also nearby. The rooms are spacious, giving either downtown or river views. There are many different room options, each one providing something unique.

Free breakfast is offered every morning, but I'd recommend checking out the best breakfast in Tulsa for a more premium experience. Throughout the day, you can eat at The Placery, with American delights for every meal. The great thing about downtown is that there are hundreds of restaurants within walking distance, so you have plenty of options. The rooms are modern and feature incredible views of Deco District.

Hotel Indigo Tulsa

Hotel Indigo is another modern new hotel in the downtown Tulsa area with fantastic views. You’ll get to stay in the Blue Dome District, known for its entertainment, bars, and restaurants. You're also near ONEOK Field and Guthrie Green, so look out for those events. The hotel features two restaurants, one a lobby restaurant and the second on the rooftop. The rooms are modern and full of character, a common theme in the hotel.

You’ll have to drive a bit south for this one, near Turkey Mountain Park. At the time of this blog post, this is Tulsa’s newest hotel, built in 2023. You’ll instantly recognize that upon entering this hotel. The avid hotel is a smart budget-friendly option, as the stay is quite inexpensive and the breakfast is free. A smart option for those who don’t mind staying a bit out of the city.
